During the recent winter weather this January, with the snow and freezing temperatures, my vehicle’s thermostat ‘froze-up,’ causing the motor to overheat because of the lack of proper coolant in the radiator. I requested that the tow company take my Dodge Dakota to JSH. The mechanics quickly verified that, indeed, the thermostat had frozen. They drained the fluid from the radiator and replenished it with all antifreeze. They then replaced the thermostat with a new one. [They] called me into the shop to show me what they did and to tell me that the thermostat and the antifreeze was replaced free of charge to me. JSH Truck Repair & Towing did all that and did not accept payment from me, even when I offered it. Kudos to them, I now will take all my vehicle repair business to them and recommend to others.
